I shop Nordstrom Horton Plaza often and this location has a decent selection for women but it's not as good as some.I purchased some Chanel nail polish earlier in the week and Ruben, a beauty advisor at Chanel, invited me to a special event for a makeup session. I signed up and was glad I did! Jamie was my makeup artist and she was fantastic! She did such a great job and listened to my skin and makeup regime thoroughly. I tried a slew of their products and walked away with a few.
I was impressed that I wasn't pressured to purchase everything she used on me and everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

I bought some shoes at this location and when I tried them at home, they squeaked. It took me a little bit to return them and the process was great. The rep looked to see that the shoes were unworn and returned my money without fuss.

My daughter loves this place, especially the 5th floor (kids area) where she gets a free balloon every time we go. The reps are really friendly and understanding. Once, I had to change my daughter's diaper and the men's restroom doesn't have a changing area. They offered me an unused office. They said they could also block off the dressing room for me to change her. Really nice.

Had a horrible experience in their cafe. I decided to treat myself to a fancy dessert, Creme Beau Lee and as I got to middle bottom of it, I saw MOLD. I told my male server and he says, "oh forget about it." Forget about it? Forget you! Never went back, nor will shop at Nordstrom. They are too expensive anyway! I tell everyone I know. The management needs to step it up!
