Great place to crash within minutes of USC and restaurants. The booking was really easy and got exactly what we wanted after a long day at the State Fair. The staff was helpful and friendly. I requested for a cab and they called to let me know it arrived. Definitely will plan to book with this hotel next time we visit Columbia. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time fun-filled with memories. I love you Katarina♡♡♡

Conveniently located if you want to hang out and go to bars. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Clean just wish they had a fridge and a microwave.

Comments and Rating pertain to staff I have called the hotel 3 times over the last 2 weeks in regards to an upcoming stay at the hotel. Once to book, once to reconfirm and tonight to ask about all of the negative ratings I am seeing. All 3 times I have received efficient, professional and friendly service with the clerk tonight (Taylor) being exemplary. She helped with my questions about surroundings, the rooms and registration.

This place is absolutely the worst hotel experience I've ever had. First room they put me in had the ceiling falling through to the floor, bugs everywhere, smelled awful. Second room wasn't much better but at least livable. Now dealing with them charging me for two nights when I only stayed for one and no one seems to want to answer the phone. When I spoke with the front desk in person two days ago she said the next time a manager would be in would be Monday. This place is not worth it. Even as a last resort
