  I used Campus to get a loan for a home purchase. Without question, they had the lowest rates in the area. Though there were some bumps along the road, overall, I found them to be responsive and helpful. They were happy to answer my neverending questions. Most importantly, they worked hard to get our closing date moved up by nearly 2 weeks when we decided we needed to close sooner. I am happy we chose them and would recommend them for people seeking a home loan.
  
  We did have to deal with one particularly snarky, incapable teller when we went to get a cashier's check for our closing. However, the branch manager was quick to rectify the situation and reimburse us unnecessarily charged fees. So, if you run into a poor teller, don't let that discourage you; others at Campus know what they're doing.
  
  For the home purchase, we did have to open a Campus bank account. Upon closing on the home, though, I closed the account because their online banking is just unacceptable. I am also a member at another Florida credit union (Space Coast Credit Union), which has a very nice, very useful online system. Campus really needs to improve its user interface and online banking capabilities if it's going to retain tech-savvy customers.
