We have used Noah's Ark many times. Our family's local move, relocation of our businesses, etc. We have referred them to friends who were also pleased with their customer service. Most recently, Noah's Ark moved our treasured 6 ft Steinway piano, one they handled with care and professionalism. They made sure it was placed where we wanted and all parts were in original working order.

We moved from Connecticut to Tennessee in February and they just miss placed our brand new Tv..3/4 stuffs had been broken..Some parts were missed from shoe stand..So when we ask for Tv they told to claim insurance and from the insurance gave us $23 for a $600 Tv..Very dissatisfied..

Excellent Service!
We had used Noah's Ark to move our 2bd apartment in Forest Hills to a new residential home in Long Island.
A crew of 5 guys cam right on time. They all had uniforms. The truck was clean and shiny. The stuff was very professional, they defiantly demonstrated some years of experience. The foreman fulfilled all of our requests. We paid a bit extra for the packing service, in which i recommend so much since my wife was 9 months pregnant at the time.
The guys simply packed our ENTIRE 2br apartment and load all the boxes on the truck. At the location they put each and every box packed in the room we asked for.

This crew was outstanding!!! I moved from Westchester county to Orange county. The crew arrived early. They wrapped ALL of my belongings, even what I had already wrapped myself, just to make everything extra secure. They worked extremely fast and were extremely efficient! Oh, it was also pouring raining and that did not slow them down one bit. I could not have asked for more. They were careful with my belongings. They were extremely organized. They were polite and professional. I will definitely hire them again!!! Book them! John, Harold, & Franklin knocked it out the park!

Very professional and friendly, thoughtful people. I had a very good experience with them. I had a complicated multi-part moved that required things to be segregated and stored, and delivered different places and they did a great job, and followed up to make sure I was happy. They are proactive, they called the buildings and sent their insurance without me having to ask them, they made sure the elevators were available, brought the right boxes, packed quickly. I definitely recommend Noah’s Ark.

They came a half hour early. The moving men were very courteous and professional. They packed everything correctly . I would recommend them highly. If I need a mover again I would look no where else but Noahs Ark.

Noahs ark came and packed up my whole house and brought it to their storage facility with no issues. The move out went just as smooth. The crew was very professional and careful on both ends. I will definitely recommend their services and will use them again if needed.

Noah's Ark is the best moving company I've ever worked with. Not only are they very competitive with price, they are a great group who made the chaos of moving easy. I've used them for a move in the city where a lot of stuff went into storage and some went to a temporary rental apartment. I've also used them for a move in CT where the items went into their storage facility, too. Then for yet another move from storage into a new apartment and lastly for a move from storage to a house on Long Island! Not only were they A+ all the way, my things in storage reappeared in excellent shape with the exception of a tiny glass table with a small crack they immediately repaired so it's now better than new! I definitely recommend them! Ask for Jude :)

Thank Noah's Ark Moving for my recent move I have moved enumerable times, and because i was never satisfied with my movers, have used a different moving company each time. If I continue to receive the kind of service that Noah’s ark mover provided on my last move, i will never have to look for a new mover again.

Look no further for your next move! We have now moved twice with Noah’s Ark and we were very happy with their service both times. Robert in their office was fast both times with getting quotes, confirming us for our preferred move date, and issuing certificates of insurance. The men showed up early, packed up our entire home carefully and delivered our furniture and boxes within the estimated time frames. And lastly and perhaps most importantly, their guys are extremely professional and courteous. This last move I was 8 months pregnant and the guys had me sit on a chair and direct them, which was very appreciated and thoughtful! They also made every effort to ensure furniture and boxes were set-up and placed in the right rooms. What more could you ask for in a delivery service?! Thank you Noah’s Ark.

**CROOKS, CRIMINALS, BULLIES** Everything seemed fine until the moment my items were in their possession and then it became a circus of unfortunate events.
1. A week had passed and no word on when my items were estimated to arrive
2. Every time I called to ask for above information, they said they'd call the driver and call me back *this game went on for 3 days before they ultimately said they couldn't tell me yet as my items were still sitting in their warehouse*
3. When they arrived, the movers were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and straight up mean. There was confusion (Maybe it was all on my part) about the form of payment, I thought I had a bank check, but as they screamed at me, I guess it was not a bank check, although it was indeed a check from the bank and when I went back to the bank tellers they were equally as confused why Noahs ark would not accept it. (At this point my items were put into an undisclosed storage unit by the moving company as hostage until they received cash or I wired them money - okay, that's fair)
4. When I finally wired them the money, they sent me a document saying I had to sign it before they told me where my stuff is. The document said that all my items are accounted for and not broken, essentially. And I refused to sign it because that would be lying. I would be happy to sign such a form after I can attest to my items. But I will not lie on a legal document as they asked me to do.
5. When I called Robert to ask what this document was anyway (like, if I had a legal document to sign, I should have signed it along with my initial contract right?). Instead of answering the question, Robert then goes off about how this was all my fault blah blah blah. I give him the courtesy of hearing him out. When I try to speak to A. Apologize if he felt that "it was all my fault" and B. To ask him AGAIN what the document is and why I can't have my items despite paying in full plus the additional fees he tacked on for "their inconvenience". Instead of doing me the same courtesy and listening to me, he is yelling over me the entire time and then says he had a long day and hangs up. not mature, not professional, and just plain rude.
They are bullies. I have paid them the entire amount agreed upon including all the additional fees he added. And where are my items? Still being held hostage until I lie on a legal document per their request.
No, I will not lie and sign the form. Plain and simple. So, 3 weeks later still no items. Despite being $3200 poorer.response / report this review -

Dishonest, unprofessional, negligent. Please read my husband's detailed review, DO NOT use their services.
Noah's Ark made it effectively impossible for me to use anyone but them to make my interstate move. They had the vast majority (85%) of my things already in storage, and I was consolidating two smaller locations and moving to South Carolina. They quoted me 50% more than any competitor for the interstate move, and when I told them I would be using someone else, they effectively said that they wouldn't be able to take my things out of storage without substantial charges that wouldn't be known until the day the stuff was moved out (I could not get access to my things to move them personally).
After several days of back and forth and frustration, I finally agreed to use Noah's Ark after they discounted to within 15% of a competitor because it really felt like there was no other way I was going to get my stuff back at a reasonable cost without getting a lawyer involved, and I was extremely anxious to actually confirm the move.
They came to two small apartments in NY to pick up the remaining 15% of my stuff. It was not a big job, just clothes and odds-and-ends, nothing significant. I stepped out briefly as they neared the end of the packing, and when I came back I found out that the foreman had pressured my wife into increasing the level of the tip to $320. Which would have been reasonable if it were for the full move, but it was for 15% of the things that they completed in a couple of hours. I had already tipped on the other 85% and was further going to be tipping again when the things arrived. It was, in any case, grossly inappropriate for them to extort money from her above and beyond what had been offered.
When my stuff arrived, I was shocked to see that two guys had been tasked with unloading what it had taken 5+ people to pack in the first place. There were huge and heavy pieces of furniture that while theoretically possible for two people to carry up a flight of stairs, it was simply absurd to ask them to do so. These two guys absolutely killed themselves getting our stuff into the house, and did so incredibly cheerfully and professionally, but there was just no way for them to reasonably manage it all by themselves in any kind of reasonable length of time, so I and my two friends worked with them until 9pm just to get it done. There were an incredible number of things that had just been wildly and haphazardly packed. Furniture not wrapped or in torn boxes. Mattresses just halfway covered in blankets and plastic, everything torn.
Half of the stuff looked like someone had hidden a bunch of food inside the boxes and then turned loose a pack of starving wolves in the moving truck.
Small example: the most expensive thing I own in the world, a painting, was in a torn box without a label on it. The guys moving my stuff in couldn't tell it was mine so drove off with it still in the truck. When I realized, I tracked him down and he drove 45 minutes out of his way to meet me on the highway and return it to me. He was awesome. Whoever packed it and didn't bother even tagging it, not so much.
The insurance claiming process was absurd. I don't even want to get into it other than I'm now 6 months into it and things like, "giant gouge down the middle of my $2,500 walnut table" are assessed at "cosmetic damage only" for $15 despite the fact that it's irreparable and is for all intents and purposes ruined. Broken things in boxes are disallowed because the movers didn't unpack them, which was absolutely physically impossible given the time they had allotted to the move.
In summary, I wouldn't recommend Noah's Ark to my worst enemy. Unprofessional, criminally negligent, and operating as if their lives depended on squeezing me for every last nickel they could get.response / report this review -

Noah’s Ark, Moving and Storage are great! I found these guys on yelp and would ditto the other positive reviews. They arrived on time, moved my things carefully and efficiently, were very friendly, and gave me a great price. Doesn't get much better than that! I would hire these guys again and recommend him to my friends.

I had a fantastic moving experience with Noah’s Ark Moving!! The movers arrived earlier than the scheduled time and moved all of my stuff in record time Bennie and Jorge were extremely helpful and polite. All of my furniture was wrapped and handled with care. Should I move again I will definitely use these guys. I have zero complaints about this moving service and I highly recommend using their services!!!
