8th Street Music has been my go-to place for over 30 years. Randy always provides top notch service and the best prices around. Ordered the new Peterson tuner yesterday and it arrived at my door this morning. It doesn't get any better than that.

It was one of the most bizarre business experiences in my life. I've never been there and I had to stand outside for 5 minutes while someone inside was looking for someone else to let me in. Even though mask mandates have been lifted they told me through a window that they weren't ready yet and I had to go get a mask for me and my 9-year-old to even enter. Then they let me in and we're immediately on top of me. I guess there's no actual browsing or shopping in this music store and the way I was felt being buzzed in was like being privileged to enter their music store. It was the perfect example of exactly how not to run a business and how to make your customers feel while entering their business for the first time. Disgrace is an understatement especially for a music store.

Fantastic staff and great selection. Made sure I had everything I needed without being pushy for a sale and I found some great impulse items on the sale table. Location is a little off the beaten path, but worth looking for. My new goto music store

My new best friends! I have not even received my new Martin yet. However, I have to keep y'all posted on my purchase. I happened to discover 8th Street on the web and proceeded to ring them up. Linda could not have been any nicer and laid back. She had to check with Ray concerning questions about the guitar, but said she would call me back. In about 10-15 minutes I received my call back (I know). Eventually Ray was on the line answering my technical and accessory questions. I went with his suggestions as he instilled confidence that I had contacted the right folks. This purchase has been the most painless guitar transaction ever. Linda's and Ray's emeanors could not be beat. So far service and pricing has been phenomenal. I can't wait for the delivery of my new box. Stay tuned for the unboxing. Thanks so much you guys.

Well folks, the day has arrived! About noon on 2-22, the box emblazoned with the iconic Martin logo was delivered to my hospital room. Outstanding and then some. Everything is perfect. After a quick tune I start becoming use to my new friend. 8th Street - YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!! An extremely pleasant experience. Seamless.

Ordered a Dean Guitar and had it shipped to me in Tennessee and it got here fast.
The guitar is beautiful and it was packaged very well.
I highly recommend 8th street music to anyone. Good prices and top notch service.
