Brought my mom here yesterday. Very pleasant and smooth experience from the scheduling with Melanie to meeting the doctor. Melanie made sure to find us the location and doctor that will best suit my mom’s case (They have a lot of locations and doctors.) to get us ready for the appointment by gathering documents/X-rays from the urgent care. Dr Scott Katzman was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and all ears to all our questions, unlike some doctors who are always in a hurry and dismissive of your concerns. It was a great experience and we would love to see this doctor again! It was worth the trip (we are 30-40mins away)!

I really appreciate the skill of the surgeon who I see from this practice, however the admin side of the practice is very poor. The surgeon has his flaws but he's really knowledgeable and skilled he really goes the extra mile in caring about the overall outcome. I could provide dozens of examples of how the practice failed me over the course of 6 months. The worst example was after my 1st surgery when I was prescribed an incompatible dose of painkiller in which the pharmacy wasn't able to fulfill unless it was changed by the doctor. In the early evening when I found out I couldn't fill my painkiller prescription I reached out to the practice who was closed. I was able to get through to their "emergency answering service". The people on the other end were not helpful at all. They told me someone would get back to me each time I called. I called them once every half hour until late at night. No one ever got back to me. I never received an official apology or even recognition of the error by the practice upon confronting them about it during business hours. Again, I have many other examples that really put me in a bad spot, but this one was the ultimate worse. I have 2 or 3 other examples that are almost as bad regarding the impact on me.

Excellent service. The doctor took ample time to discuss my condition and any potential treatments. I highly recommend this office. Please keep in mind there was only one visit for a consultation. However I would feel very comfortable to have the doctor operate on me. The office staff was also excellent.

I had gone here for spine surgery, Dr Slaughter being my surgeon. I couldn't be any happier with my experience. The facility was extremely clean, the staff were extremely polite. The medical staff were the best. Anyone having 2nd thoughts about going here, don't. You couldn't be in better hands. Best of luck to all that have read this.
