I sent in a request for an MRI Review and someone contacted me the same day for an appointment with Dr.Wood over the phone and he was very informative, polite, and down to earth. He explained things in a way that I could understand and listened when I had questions and answered each one that I had. If you have questions or need a second opinion these are the doctors to call!!!

So happy to use their service. Their scheduler Corey called me several times after hours to keep me updated on approval for my imaging and surgery. The communication kept me calm throughout the whole process. I am on the road to recovery and just getting PT and will be returning to work soon!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Three “oops my bad” from Patel. Leaving me still in excruciating pain. He’s completely unprofessional. Hopefully the doctors can give their staff more training. I’m sure the doctors are wonderful but I’ve moved on to another doctor.
