So disappointed in this place and certainly will not use them again We ordered a stepping stone for a funeral and the beneficiaries didn't receive it. Instead of replacing it, Milligan's claims that it was there and refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. A funeral is obviously a sad time - the flower shop should be helpful in any possible way. Disappointing.
