Only because the food was good.
I showed up 1hr an 30mins before closing an the place was empty. An I was only person seating at the hibachi. The cook didn't even do the volcano or train with onions. Plus I tried to order Cinnamon Toast Crunch shot, and they brought me Captain Crunch sushi. And he didn't even know what Grand Marnier is. Would I return maybe, but there's better hibachis. Even though I showed up one hour and 30 minutes before closing it's still unacceptable..

My family and I went to Nikkos for my bday last night and I have never been treated worse. First the waiter was rude! He had like a snap back commit about everything! Last time I checked it was a comedy club. Maybe if he was funny it would have been different. But he was trying to be fun but very rude. Then our chef!!!! That was things went out of control! My family likes to use the yum yum sauce for not only dipping but on the rice. Cuz let's face it the rice is always dry with no flavor and that is what gives it flavor. The chef keep on and on in a very rude way about how much sauce we were using. Even making the commit "it will send you to the hospital "! He clearly didn't know how to cook the food because it was so burnt and tastes so bad! If I wanted my food with a side of charcoal I would have asked. Or my husband would have asked for crispy chicken. Shrimp was rubber. And for God sacks!!!! Idk how many time I tell them but they continue to put the chicken and steak on one plate!!!! Hello contamination. Then they cook raw chicken with the utensils they use on streak. I'm so done with this place! We will not be back.

It is my first time with my family to enjoy the food while the chef is cooking right in front of you. The food is pretty good overall but the it costs too high for a regular Japanese or Chinese restaurant.

The food was well cooked and the service was outstanding. The cook did not attempt much showmanship, but was very friendly and went out of his way to acknowledge the birthday boy. I would definitely come back again.

My husband and I come here at least twice a month to eat with our family. The employees treat us like family. Easily the best sushi/restaurant in Hagerstown. Generous portions for your money and nice fast service! Highly recommend.

GREAT SUSHI!!

This place by far is my favorite restaurant in hagerstown ,and for sushi this place is the standart! They have little competition. Sakura is a distant 2nd and only acceptable if Nikko isn't open.T he 2 sushi chef's are great at what they do. I highly recommend this place to any sushi lover, you won't be disappointed

The food is always the best. The show when they're cooking it is so awesome to watch. Little kids tend to enjoy the fire volcano they do with the onions. I've never had an issue with the service or food. Every time I have went, everything was extraordinary. I would recommend the filet mignon. Don't forget the extra yum yum!
