An exceptional pet friendly b&b. Room was comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. Close to everything you would want to see in NSB.

We have stayed at the Night Swan several times over the last few years and Mat and Betsy always provide a great get away. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, the breakfast never disappoints and the views of the Intracoastal waterway are spectacular so bring your kayaks or boat. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a short drive.

BETSY IS A VERY RUDE WOMAN, not a very pleasant woman. Likes to hang up on you and is rude about it. Guess she has never heard of "common Courtesy".

We rented most of the rooms at The Night Swan for my family for my wedding in January and everyone was more than accommodating. They have a variety rooms, some of them very large with beautiful views of the water. Everything was very clean and breakfast was great! The owners are SO HELPFUL with all kinds of things to do and helping my huge family all weekend long. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the beach, shopping, downtown and restaurants. It is very reasonably priced. I can't say enough good things about the management of the Night Swan. I will certainly be back!

Wonderful. The owners are so gracious and hospitable too. We felt welcome and comfortable all four days we were there. The website actually does not fully tell you how beautiful this place is. The rooms are well appointed and ultra clean. Ice cream in the evening too! There is a definite plus if you are a boat owner too. The dock is maintained well, lighted at night and it's literally right across the street. Well worth every penny. Go ahead and make your reservations!

Very nice stay. We visited by boat and the dock is easy to access. They have a floating dock in a no wake zone which is helpful. The room had great views of the water and it is an easy walk to Canal street which has art galleries and some nice restaurants. Not far to other good places to eat and wander.

The hostess was extremely nice and breakfast was good. They have a shared kitchen with ice, fridge, etc. they even have ice cream available in several flavors. In summary, five stars.

The inn has 16 rooms with a queen or King size bed. They have rustic feel while giving you all the modern amenities. Outside is large lawn with chairs and a great view of the river.

Betsy was a fabulous hostess!! She was warm, welcoming and accommodating! Felt like we were home. The history of the house is interesting and the location is superb! Boat dockage and river water views from the comfortable front porch and most rooms. The beds were super comfy too! We just booked for August weekend to celebrate a birthday and will be bringing friends! Looking forward to another stay!

Very nice hosts, beautiful inn, nice rooms. The inn has a wonderful ambience - with rambling rooms and plenty of common space. There is also a guest kitchen stocked with ice cream, soft drinks, tea and coffee for guests.

Pleasantly surprised. It felt like I was somewhere NE, not Florida. This B&B was quaint, comfortable and clean. Fluffy breakfast frittata and good coffee! The owner was personable and the atmosphere was homey. I drank my morning coffee outside on the lawn under a large oak tree, sitting in an adirondack chairs, watching the sailboats. I will definitely be back.
