  Bought my wife sample package. She was charged extra for polish removal. Who ever heard of manicure charging extra to remove polish.
  Her facial was a disaster. part of her face is bruised from the treatment.
  The worst spa experience she ever had. Paid $633 for a package that, with tax and gratuity, was $422. Don't go to this spa unless you want to be scarred and ripped off.
