  9/30 noon I go in as I do every month. Hand my drivers license to the young lady that’s taking care of me and I ask her if the bathroom is open as I need to use it she tells me no. I walked to the bathroom expecting her to buzzme and she doesn’t I walked back to the window and she goes we don’t allow anybody to use our bathrooms again. Once again I am there to do business with Amscot. I say you got to be kidding me she says no I’m not. I ask her for my drivers license and I leave without doing business at Amscot. From my car I call at this time Angelica answers the call which she is one of the charge portions there as she uses a white shirt and I ask her what’s going on I’ve done this in the past she goes we no longer allow anybody to use our bathrooms. I said you know that I’m disabled and I need to use it I hardly ever do but I have done it in the past she says I’m sorry we no longer let anybody use the bathroom. I asked for the corporate number which she gives it to me and At that time I speak with Chris at extension 6935 tells me that no financial institution allow people to use their bathrooms. Keep in mind these bathrooms are in our side of the glass area not on their side. I told him that’s impossible I have use the bathrooms there in the past. When I ask him to give me the statute for such law in the state of Florida he was unable to give it to me. At that time and previously I told Angelica when I go to my Wells Fargo bank and I need to go to the bathroom they have one for their customers.

  Hands down for what it is simply the best. The staff is very friendly & non judgmental! Kudos to this team.
