Great company to do business with. They are trying to branch out into a marketplace (Amazon) style existence however I think they should knock it off. If you purchase items stocked and sold directly through them you will get quality for a great price. Some of their marketplace items are from some really of the wall places. Their selection and webpage make it easy to find what I need too, always a plus.

Good selections of products at very competitive prices. Most items have free and fast shipping. Before you buy from other online retailers, check them out and compare prices. Downside is that some sale items will have rebates.

They suck! If I could give a 0 star I would. TV arrived broken. They wouldn't take it back because I was just outside of the return window. I didn't open the box which is my fault but out over $400 bucks. Have ordered from them for yearsnever again. Order local and save yourself a ton of headaches.

Worst customer service ever. Their computer systems were hacked, I informed them of the incident, and some service rep who doesn't understand the slightest thing about IT security shut down my account. I'm told I can open up a new NewEgg account with a different email address, and the existing account, even if the password is changed, is known to have some type of security vulnerability according to their representative. This makes absolutely no sense, but the representative told me that I cannot be assisted any further. Great job NewEgg, you've lost a longtime customer!

Had an issue where the package was undeliverable. 2 days to get a hold of someone and told 18-30 days for refund. After I got my refund they offered me the product for more money and told that is how business is supposed to be done and you should be happy.

Building my own computer. Used their site to cherry-pick my components. Great deals and discounts on certain products, good selection. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Like the Will Call option. I had to exchange something. No problems. Definitely a good source for my projects.

Awesome experience with the guys from will call. I went in to return a NVMe SSD after trying for a day to get it to work on my laptop. I ultimately found out that my device didn't support NVMe SSDs only SATA. Got a rep from newegg to file my return and decided to deliver it myself at their hybrid center. When I arrived I asked why the return label didn't include the tax I paid for the device. The sum listed for the refund was $135 minus a 15% restocking fee (with which I was OK) but it didn't say anything about the tax I paid. One very nice guy behind the counter decided to take a closer look at my case and waived the restocking fee and assured me that I was going to get the $11 I paid in tax back as well. Needless to day I was more than happy I dropped off the SSD personally and I recommend doing the same to anyone reading this review, if you're in the LA metro area.

Purchased a computer and was sent a piece of garbage not even close to what I ordered. Spent approximately 3 hours on the phone on 2 different occasions only to be told there is nothing that can be done except to wait for their internal investigation which could take 7 days. THEN they would send an RMA and upon receiving the pos back, they would refund my money. What a scam.
