Sorry to say, I had to revise my review. This company is nothing but a BULLY. I emailed a question to this company asking how much notice they required and I was sent a letter from their atty indicating that my request via email served as my notice. The letter indicated that the date I was to be out, even though I had already paid thru the month AND the letter arrived AFTER the date they was demanded me to be out.
To make matters worse, they failed to send my deposit back in a timely manner. Per their agreement, deposits are to be issued within 30 days after moving out and turning in the keys. Needless to say, they have lost business due to my experience that I have communicated to friends, family and associates. And I've learned from MANY that my experience is not unusual and deposits are routinely not refunded. Seems that this is how they do business in general. Disappointing to say the least. So glad that I am no longer associated with this company. YIKES! Never again AND I will continue to let others aware of this BULLY!response / report this review
