This is a great dealer Honda can't be beat
Great place for parts and bike's
Sales guy was at the desk when I walked in. Didn't greet me, and didn't even look up at me. It's okay, I was there for parts anyway. Waited at the parts counter for ten minutes. Nobody in sight. A guy and a girl came out, with the girl obviously in training. I understand the need for training, but it shouldn't come at the expense of the customer. It took me 30 minutes from walking in to leaving with my two items.
Good service and nice selection of bikes/apparel. A little bit pricey, but it is name brand Honda equipment, so it is worth it.
WE ONLY DEALT WITH THESE GUYS OVER THE PHONE , BUT I GOTTA SAY THEY'RE REALLY NICE TO WORK WITH , EXTREMELY HELPFUL , WON'T STICK YOU FOR THEIR MISTAKES .
Looks like a nice dealership. Couldn't get inside because I live two hours away and checked their hours on their website before I left. They were closed for the holiday weekend. There was a piece of paper taped to the door near their hours that along with their website indicated they should be open but the paper said closed for Labor Day weekend. Frustrated they didn't have the consideration to also include this info on their website. What a waste of time. Thanks Honda Powersports of Troy.
Absolutely no complaints. When the two dealers close to me could not help, Blake and crew stepped up and went over and above. Just the kind of service I expect. It was worth the 50 mile ride
