Nelson Pools did a phenomenal job fixing one of our clients pools. The communication was exceptional and they delivered on everything they promised. Tyler, the point person that I worked with, was as patient explaining everything as he was extremely responsive!

Do not hire! I used Nelson Pool Company to find a pool leak. The 2 men weren't here very long, never got into the pool, and just recommended a possible solution (that I would have to pay someone else to do). They then sent me and invoice charging me for diving into my pool and spa (which they never did), and charged me for parts that they did not install. I called and disputed the invoice - they were going to verify and get back to me. They then just went ahead and charged my credit card. Several attempts to dispute this did absolutely NO good, they insisted the men dove into the pool and installed the parts. Days later a manager sent me an email confirming no one dove into the pool, and offered a small refund, which they never gave me. They are very fraudulent - do not use!

We recently had our pool resurfaced, new tile, and lanai repainted. We are very happy with our new pool and how easy the whole process was made. From our first communication inquiring about the project to the very end, we never had to wonder what or when things were going to happen. Thea kept us updated throughout the process and answered all our questions promptly. The work crew was awesome too. They were very courteous and did great job for us. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for pool work to give them a call.

Nelson Pool did an outlandish job retiring and resurfacing our pool! A great company to work with. They listened to our needs and wants and delivered us an outstanding pool that we will be proud of for many years to come. Nelson and Thea were fabulous to work with. Highly recommend them to do your pool!!!!
