The staff and security is excellent but the room we rented for a week was filthy, half cleaned, it had an odd odor, the view was great, the room was roach infested, the more we killed the more roaches came, they sprayed but it just pissed the roaches off and more came, the roaches won and we checked out. This was by far the worst room I ever stayed at hands down, never have I been so disgusted and felt so filthy, I would never recommend staying there.

Initial impression is good. Staff are very friendly (esp. Tina), other tenants keep to themselves, rooms are decently sized with standard amenities (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and tv). Will update this at end of stay as needed.
No elevator so be sure to ask for a ground floor room if you trouble with stairs.
Rooms aren't that well soundproofed so a fair bit of mumbled chatter from other rooms leaks through. Not a deal breaker.
UPDATE: The hotel itself is fine for the price. The neighbours can and will blast music at any hour they please though. Fun times.response / report this review -

When I'm the one, helping one of your tenants out, by paying a portion (I only agreed to a certain amount) of their rent, it is disrespectful to call me up and demand to know why I changed the dollar amount, then when I refuse to fill out MY FORM the way you want it, you transfer me mid sentence, essentially hanging up on me. I have never even stayed here and I hate this place! Do not stat here unless you want to be robbed murdered or sex trafficked. You are 100% guaranteed to hear a fight at least 2x a day here. Nellis suites.. do North vegas a favor and shut down please.

In the few months since the new manager has taken over, things actually get done around here. Rooms are cleaner, the grounds are kept up, things that have been broken long term are getting fixed, she even comes from the back office, and greets her guests, and gets to know them, very friendly and polite. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The only down side, are the children tearing things up, constantly running, stomping, banging on the catwalks, breaking glass everywhere, harassing other guests, screaming profanity all the time, and extremely loud after office closes. This place would take on a whole new vibe, if it went kid free.

Crime riddled area with kids and lots of drugs. It used to be nice but not anymore. Stayed here 2 years ago and it was better, but now it's gone to the pits, felons, and drug attics.

Moving to NV from MI I chose Nellis suites to stay for 2 weeks while I looked for a place. This was a GREAT experience. Very comfortable, clean and friendly environment. The manager Tina is AMAZING. The pricing is well worth it!!!! I'd recommend this suite to anyone!

Just horrible. The pictures on these sites are lies. The hotel is not in the safest place. People live there. They do not have any of the things mentioned in their description. Just horrible. To not stat here. I would not even give it one star but had to rate it something. Run quickly from this place.

Only two empty rooms avail. S two and a one bedroom. Very nice lady at office helped us check in, we opted v for the two bedroom. She was very nice and beyond helpful. Rooms nice and roomy
