Very efficient, polite and friendly. In and out in 2 hours. Cleaned up and explained everything clearly!

We first consulted with Scott, the owner and his son Alex, who quickly brought manager Chris J into the plans. Within 24 hours we were given options that outlined and detailed the equipment that would work best for our home, including pricing. Alex was very helpful and thorough in answering all of our questions about each brand. We made an informed decision and they sent technicians Alex and Cameron the next day to take out our old system and a install a new furnace and air conditioner. They were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My pups loved these guys, too! We are very happy with Neighborhood services!

We were having some plumbing issues and called neighborhood plumbing around 9am and they were out by 11am! Very quick response, very kind and helpful on the phone. Chris was our service guy and he diagnosed the issue and was fixed in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend neighborhood plumbing and shout out to Chris!

PJ and Tanner did a very thorough job inspecting the electrical wiring in our nearly 100 year old house. They let us know that some of the older wiring was still OK and safe. They inspected outlets and switches throughout the house. They also let us know that the newer wiring was installed correctly and they didn’t find any shortcuts taken by past electricians. We feel that we can enjoy living in our home for many years to come knowing that the electrical system is safe. Thanks PJ and Tanner for your good work.

Bryan was wonderful. Came here when we had no heat. Explained everything. Very nice and polite. New furnace installed in place of the dinosaur the same day. THANK YOU BRYAN, GREG, JAMI, KRISTEN, CAMERON, AND NEIGHBORHOOD. Will highly recommend to others!!!!!
