Although I think Dr. Cardenas is an amazing doctor and has been nothing but kind when I am there and he did go over all the negative scenarios that could result from my wisdom teeth extraction prior to removing them, I am very disappointed how the office has handled my pain. I was told that I could have facial numbness, however in addition to the numbness, I am experiencing burning pain to the right side of my face, constant burning pain and its been 3 weeks since my wisdom teeth extraction. Whenever I run out of pain medication, it's a hassle to get any. First, I was told the doctor is on vacation, I had to go to the ER. Now, no one is even answering their after service line. I'm disappointed. I didn't ask to be in pain. The past 3 weeks have been a nightmare and I'm sick of being made feel as if my symptoms don't matter.

Dr. Cardenas Is The best dentist when it comes to surgery’s and extraction hands down , the staff and his assistant are always in great positive spirits with good customer service. Insurance deductible cost are always affordable and reasonable than others . My First time visiting him was about a year ago for surgery for 4 wisdom tooth’s the process was fast, easy, and painless.Due to great customer service I have return a second time for a tooth extraction and I must say I made a wise choose in returning the service I received is excellent and I would like to thank you guys keep up the good work It greatly appreciate.

The staff here are very welcoming. It was a very refreshing experience! Philip, Loraine, and Mariane really made me feel warm.
