Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone.

I tried three times to reach the Pell City AL office. Just needing some simple specification sheets on the Coosa Type I/II. Can't get thru the really bad answering machine maze. "No operator available - hang up on me" system of customer communication. Why do you even have a phone system? That would be a cost saving too, because you don't have anybody that wants to answer the phone, you would then have tremendous savings. It is a mystery how you stay in business
