Ordered an Italian Beef sandwich yesterday and asked for au juice on the side. Went to pay and they charged me extra for the au juice. Never had to pay at Rosatis or other places.

I have never had a bad meal from Napoli's. In fact tonight I ordered a calzone and a beef sandwich. I had the calzone, wife the sandwich. Delicious and more beef than you could handle. Deliveries are right on time or early. Pickups are always ready when I get there. Staff is always courteous. The only complaint I have is I have nothing to complain about. :) Good job Napoli's! Keep it up!

I ordered the Calimari and it was old smelling bad to the point I just could not eat it. .. it smelled so bad the room I was in smaller bad too.. I won't be ordering again.

Love their pizza. Go here at least once a week. All the negative feedback are a bunch of complainers. Order pizza and enjoy! Always good. If it's not your type of pizza don't be petty and leave negative review! Move on and find your pizza home and leave more for us!

UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE: Order the Supreme cost over $21, way too much black and green olives plenty of meat but no mushroom, little to none green peppers and onions, didn't notice any vegetables but olives, call them to express the quality of my order. Good customer service when I place my order but when I call back to express the quality of my order the staff express indifferent and unconcerned about my results nor care about my order. My admonition is to specify your order or don't order the supreme at all, now I know the staff is welcoming only to bring revenue for the company but no concern of actual satisfaction beyond gaining monetary value for the company.
