I ordered 2 Large pizzas, the order was repeated back correctly and yet I was delivered 1. I called to request that it be corrected, and the man who took the order whom I had to repeat everything to 3+ times refused to let me speak with management who could rectify the issue. He proceeded to tell me that I was not to tell him what to do or to ask for a manager that I could talk to him and he was not going to correct the order. I will never order from this Papa Johns again

I ordered a pizza from papa and I asked for a pepperoni and sausage pizza. When I received it it had mushrooms instead of sausage. I called back and told them about the mistake and they told me I was crazy. After arguing with the manager for a good ten minutes, he said he will remake it and send it to me. The pizza did not get to my house till two hours after the call. It was one in the morning. And the pizza was freezing cold and looked like it was definitely just sitting out. I threw the pizza out because knowing my luck it probably got spit on. I will never do business with them again.

Just horrible tasting pizza! Dough was rubbery, sausage didn't look or taste cooked. Tossed it in the garbage. And let me assure you, I NEVER do that! I contacted them to get my $ back, which they did not do, but promised to send me coupons for more pizza. They never even did that. I will never do business here again, and I would recommend Pizza Hut in town,over these guys by far!
