Took our 2015 Cadillac SRX in for a shifting issue. Service writer Ryan took good care of us. Done a great job of explaining what they found, what and why they were going to do to remedy the problem and what we could expect when we got our vehicle back. Nice job Ryan!!

From browsing, buying and delivery everything was more than 5 stars. The care Troy gave you to make sure that you got what you wanted, making sure that you understood every detail about your car until you were comfortable and the genuine friendliness is the reason I will purchase from Napleton Subaru again.

Purchased a vehicle there in December 2016 or came with a 1yr warranty (paid), have had it in there several times and still no fix, this last issue they (service) told me my front rim was bent and " delamanating" ? Had Bocker Chevrolet in Freeport take a look at it at my cost, they found nothing wrong with any of my rims and all were balanced, and weren't for sure what they (Napeltons) was talking about "delamanating" did state there seemed to be an issue with front right side, possible brake or axle issue, so not for sure why I would be lied to by Napeltons since vehicle had a warranty, maybe just lazy on their part, would not recommend them to anyone in the future ! Buyers Beware!!! Dated 09-08-2017 Also a new situation has risen : Purchased gap ins with the vehicle in December 2016, and have now canceled it on July 14th,2017 with (Charles Madison) finance manager, and still have not received my refund check ? Spoke with the gap ins company today 09-08-2017 they stated they just received my cancellation as of 08-30-2017 WTH ? A month and a half later to cancel,, or just to make more money off of the customer and refund less ??? Again Buyers Beware of this crooked company !!!! Spoke with an Attorney today and also the Better Business Bureau to see about getting their rating lowered !!!! I guess I'm not the only one to complain to them (better business bureau) they've received several complaints already !!! Guess they want a lawsuit since their bringing it upon themselves!!! Again Buyers Beware of this crooked company!!! If Scott Nickel would like to speak with me, Napeltons has my phone number in their file and he could have called by now if he thought it was important enough for you to state to "have me call in" shouldn't the guilty party try and contact me ? I sure would think so ?posted 09-29-17

Worst place ever!! I do not recommend this place. Bad customer service. Not professional at all. They didn't even provide my second key at time of purchase last November . Now that the first one is lost they aren't doing much to provide the second key or at least provide a different car. It's been 4 days that my car has been at a dealer for a key because they simply won't fax 2 papers the the dealer needs. Now my newborn missed his appointment for a kidney ultrasound because we have no way of getting there. And when i spoke to the manager to request at least a rental because they never gave us the second key he hung up on me. This place is a big headache.

i dropped my car off here a few weeks ago for warranty work and had a terrible experience. I was told that because a new turbo is needed it wouldn't be fixed for about a week. When I asked for a loaner they told me none were available, which could be understandable. However if you are going to have my vehicle for over a week and not accommodate me with another I find this to be unacceptable. Mike, the service manager, told me I can either pick my car up and drive it around or take it somewhere else. This dealership has shown no urgency or interest in providing its customers with the services that they have paid for. Last but not least the manner in which my vehicle was returned was nothing short of disrespectful. My car was left half way hanging out of my parking lot, and due to a recently broken foot I was not able to move it myself. When I go to inspect my car I notice my running boards are halfway knocked off on both sides. Worst customer experience ever with this place and I will never go back again!!

While I was buying a New Subaru next door, My son had seen a used vehicle he really liked at this store. I am so impressed how they were able to take him on a test drive and go over numbers so quickly knowing we were in a time crunch that day. Nick was our salesman and he is so knowledgeable about his inventory and really showed us everything on the car we bought. He worked with the Sales Manager Brian to make sure we got the best deal and Brian went out of his way to make sure we loved the car and that the end numbers were right for our family. He cared that we were getting a GREAT deal. Their store is so clean and comfortable and I am so happy we gave our business to them when buying a New vehicle and a Used Vehicle.
I have told all my friends and even my neighbors about these guys. They are not your typical Car Dealership, They actually care and make sure you are taken very good care of the second you step foot in the door. Thanks again guys for making our two car purchase so EASY and hassle free. We will be back for all our service needs and car washes!!
    You guys ROCK!

We worked with "J.R." Henry and he was a delight.
When we didn't find what we were looking for online it gave him and idea of what to look for. Sure enough, he found the right car for us. The other stores we went to weren't trying to sell us anything, but he was willing to work with us and he knew his stuff. afterwards he went the extra mile to make sure that the front license plate was installed after the sell was complete and everything was in tip top shape.
    No regrets.

My car buying experience more than surpassed my expectations at Napleton Cadillac. They are extremely professional, friendly, and reasonable group of people to do business with. Very knowledgeable and willing to work with you and your budget. Don Smith got me into my new car and it was a fun, kind and easy going car buying experience. I'd recommend anyone to shop with them!!

We visited Napelton to look for a used car or SUV. The salesman we worked with, Nick, was polite and patient and not at all rude or pushy. Nick seemed like a nice guy who was genuinely interested in getting a good car for us. We found a Jeep Cherokee that we liked on the lot, took it for a drive and decided it was the one. I noticed during the test drive that one time the car shifted hard and made a boom sound. I mentioned it to Nick and my husband who was in the Jeep with me. The next day my husband had the Jeep taken over to our mechanic who we trust and have been working with a long time, to evaluate the Jeep because we intended to purchase it. Our mechanic found that the transmission was leaking and that it had problems because it was shifting too high at 3100 RPMs. Our mechanic indicated the Jeep had a transmission problem and needed a new transmission. He also added that the muffler was also needing to be replaced soon or as he worded it, "the muffler is shot." We called Nick and told him and he said he would personally drive the car. I told him that we would buy it if they would agree to repair the transmission. He told me after he drove it that he did not notice any problem with it but he would speak to his manager the next day (it was his day off) to see if they would do the repair. After Nick spoke to the used car manager, he called me to say they denied there was any problem with the car and they would not repair it. I replied, "you are going to put that Jeep back on the lot and try to sell it to some unsuspecting person. Aren't you?" Nick said that he could not find a problem with the Jeep when he drove it. Before we test drove it, we pulled the Carfacts report. It indicated that it had been owned for many years by the same person and then traded into Napelton. It was purchased and then returned to Napelton after 3 months. I suspect that the situation was probably a disgruntled customer who bought the Jeep, found the transmission was going bad and returned it.
I wrote this review to warn people that this dealer is selling a Jeep that they know has problems. They are fully aware that the transmission is leaking and going bad on the Jeep Cherokee Laredo. Napelton also knows about the muffler but chooses to close their eyes to it and are willing to sell it to as is to some unsuspecting person. I am letting everyone I know to stay far away from Napelton and to look for a more honest dealer.
