Premium brand cars require premium service and these guys deliver! Gary is always extremely helpful and ensures any service visit is as convenient as possible and that is greatly appreciated. Not all dealers understand this so it is nice to have one especially local that does.

We just completed the purchase of our third Audi from Napleton's Audi Loves Park in the last eight years. Charlie Kall and Tim Hayes on the sales team did a great job of making sure the process went smoothly. The only hiccup we experienced was due to the fact that we had previously frozen our accounts at all three credit agencies. Once it was determined which agency the lender was using, we un-froze the appropriate agency records, and everything proceeded smoothly. Larry in Napleton's finance then made quick work of the paperwork, and we were on the road!

One of Napleton's greatest assets is Gary Heckman, our Audi service guy. Gary is the primary reason we have become "customers for life."

We'll be back!

Excellent experience with Sales Associate Florian Houenou. Florian has great technical skill, is concientous and upbeat.

Between Florian and Sales Manager, Tim Hayes, they found the exact car that I was looking for and worked out a reasonable deal on the car that I traded in.

Overall very satisfied. I recommend this team at Napleton and I will certainly contact them in the future when I am looking for a car.

These guys simply ROCK!! I bought my 16 Audi s3 from them and let me tell you what a simple, easy and FAST experience I had. My saleswoman Casey W. was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the buying process AND she set up all my apple play in my new car and made sure I knew all the cool features in the car. The Manager Dan B. was insanely fair on my trade value and made sure the numbers matched my budget and I cant leave out how amazing Nate the finance guy was! He knew I was in a rush and made sure to be quick yet thorough with my paperwork. These people are the DREAM TEAM and I will be buying from them in the future. scams, I've taken my car in 6-7 time and they never fixed the problem that I was being charged for and spend over 15,000 to get fix only to take it to someone else and they fixed it for only 5,000. being stupid on my part I took it in for an oil change and was charged 350.00, and less then a week later I have oil leaking, this wasn't happening before getting my oil changed. Taking it back to Napleton and was told that that my rear oil seal needs to be replaced and its going to be 2,000 to get it fixed.

I've been a satisfied Napleton customer for almost 20 years. The service has always been prompt, professional and courteous, and I have never had to go back because something wasn't done right the first time. Gary is an excellent service manager. I can typically get my vehicle in the same week if not the next day, and I always get a nice loaner. The prices can be on the upper end of the scale, but you definitely get what you pay for.
