My friend and I from Falling Waters, WV were fortunate to take this trolley tour and have Wayne as our trolley master. He was awesome! So very knowledgeable and funny too! We had a grand ole time! We had never been to Naples before and thoroughly enjoyed learning about it and seeing the sites. It wouldn’t have been as enjoyable without Wayne. I will definitely tell friends and family about this tour and hopefully they will get Wayne too! Wonder if you can reserve Wayne? Ha. Thank you so very very much for a wonderful time!

Great tour! Gives you a great tour of the city. Brian was a very good driver / narrator!
Also if you purchase your tickets at the trolley station, they have a great little free history museum there!

My wife and I found this pleasurable. Our tour guide, which I can't recall his name at the moment was incredibly enthusiastic and fun. We got off the trolley a few times to do some random shopping and sightseeing, so it was nice that we were able to hop on other ones free of charge.

A great tour of Naples with Wayne on the trolley. We were on the last trolley and he went out of his way to make our experience unique and amazing!

What we thought was going to be a great sightseeing adventure, turned out to be a lost, disappointing day. Coming from Vancouver, BC, we saw the trolley on the street and thought it would be a great way to see and get knowledge of a beautiful city. I printed out the pick-up & drop-off schedule, and 4 of us looked forward to it. We went to the "Marketplace at Pelican Bay (Platinum Properties)" stop for the 11:18 pick-up. We got there at 10:45, and waited. At 11:25 I went into the local shop and asked about the trolley, and was told it doesn't stop there anymore. We rushed over to another stop, and it was pulling out just as we got there 5 minutes early. So we went to Tin City to talk with the main station. The fellow at the booking/customer service counter was terribly rude. I asked why the schedule was showing wrong info, info that had been changed long ago. He just snarled and asked what website I got it from. I showed him that it was his website, and he just shook his head and asked how long ago I downloaded it. I told him 'yesterday'. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "he'll let them know". No sorry, no explanation, and not even a courtesy smile. A terrible company and not one I would ever recommend.

The general experience and ability to see what Naples has to offer is good for new visitors. However, the overall ride was a little sluggish—perhaps due to the exposure to the hot weather—and the driver's comedy was a little passive aggressive. Bottled water was offered, which was nice. For the price of the tour, though, the return was minimal. Overall, I would recommend this tour for new visitors to Naples who enjoy bus tours.
