Lady with a face that says everybody owes her money. -1 star
Language barrier even though I speak English and Chinese. why speak Vietnamese to me, I can't understand. -1 star
Pho was decent/okay comparing with another Vietnamese restaurant that's like 2 min walk from this restaurant. 0 Star
The Lady with the sour face served me because I was by myself for lunch and not even a real waiter, felt rush to place order. -1 star
Overall if I were to give the restaurant a score

Egg rolls and chicken fried rice were good. Didn't knock my socks off or anything. Service was decent. Presentation of egg rolls, even in to-go box, was very nice! I shared my fried rice with two people and still had a good amount left over, so portions seem generous! The menu is very extensive, a little overwhelming! I will probably visit again to try more items from the menu, but I will continue to look for a mouthwatering Vietnamese place that wows me. (I guess the egg rolls are my determining factor!)

We wished we could give the owner ( woman with a constipated face) a zero star if we could. The first time we tried this place, foods were good but it wasn't like this is the only place on Earth for dine in. Man!! The attitude from the owner were rotten, it killed everything. Seriously we gave it second shot, man she is still exactly the same. Doesn't want business at all !! Such a bad attitude to be in business . DO NOT Go there. There are plenty places in Atlanta with good foods and happy face that will take your money, unless you want to experience ugly attitudes. Seriously!!

The customer service is garbage if i could leave 0 stars i most definitely would. The hostess is BEYOND RUDE with a horrible attitude. I do not reccomend coming here. Please, save your money and go elsewhere.

This place deserves zero stars.
Bad service. Worst experience ever. Call for 5 bowls but instead returned with 4. When asked if they were going to have the fifth bowl ready, the waiter questioned us.
After given the receipt, they charged is double for the bowl that wasn't brought out.

Great food. Had a late dinner because of car trouble. Wife came to get me and we had egg rolls, hot and yummy. Pho, and fried noodles with seafood. It was all delish😋

WARNING: Honest review ahead, both American and native Vietnamese perspective.
Rude hostess. Rude manager. Waitstaff either rude or despondent and aloof. Tossing menus, tossing the bill, tossing credit card tray. Guess what? This is a VIETNAMESE restaurant with accompanying crappy customer service. Food? Great!!! I am American in a Vietnamese family. Even Vietnamese will tell you "this is how it is". Has everything to do with "face", station in life, etc. Too much to explain here. Plus the place is popular and busy, so check it: they don't care! If they even read these reviews they could care less.
Verdict: Change expectations. DO NOT go for the service. Go for the food. The place is also relatively clean. So they got two out of three right, which by the way is one more than most VN restaurants.response / report this review -

The service here is horrible!!!!!! They don't really greet you. They slam bowl, plates, cups down. The waiters is impatient with u for everything. THE FOOD is OK!!!! God forbid u change ur order or add something later. Btw I did mention to the manager that my service was horrible.

Living in Athens but have to go here twice a week! Love Com tam suon! Expert Customer Service and overall is good looking restaurant. Price is OK though! I do recommend this for anyone!

I always enjoy my meals there. However, the last few times I've been there with family or friends the servers seems to take at least 5-10 minutes before they come to take your order. Once they get your order though they're quite prompt getting the food out and they're big on keeping your water glass full.

Mom took me there once & I loved it & have come back many times, some days I just have to have it so I get it to go. My fav is the shaking beef. Great service and delicious food that's hard to find in any other restaurant. The only aromas you will smell there are those of international spices used to flavor the food to perfection😉
