Excellent place to hangout. The Democratic Hangout of ATLANTA. Great service. Always friendly staff. Just underwent complete renovation last year. Highly recommended. I go there about once a week on average

I love this place. It is great for getting together with a group, watching a game, Sunday brunchjust a great neighborhood spot that we have loved visiting. Love how easy it is to walk to. Love how easy parking is. Love how great the staff isand how delicious and consistent the food is.

Some of my favorite foods are the wings, chicken nachos, the veggie burger and the reuben!

They have a great beer selection as well!!

Seating at the bar or in either of the great rooms. They have a few pin ball machine es if you like those.

Have been going there since the 80's! They did a good job on the renovation, keeping memorabilia that makes this place so special. My order was not correct, but I'm sure it was purely an accident. The manager, Joe, made every effort to correct the situation. Also, the employees there appreciate the historical value of the tavern, and were so much fun to chat with. This is where I bring my out-of-town friends, they love it!!!

This is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. It's not the same as before the renovations but it needed some love and it didn't lose anything for me, just different.
Great menu, really great brunch on the weekends. Full bar and a decent sized beer selection.

Despite all of the changes, Manuel's is still Manuel's. Which is great. It has always been easy for me to get a seat, the staff are great, and the food is delightful. To be sure, I wouldn't go here expecting to have a meal that will change your life, but the food WILL be good. It is a great atmosphere for hanging out with friends and having a great time.

My parents used to come here when they were younger. Still a good little neighborhood bar. The house wing sauce is yummy. We were told it is just a mixture of all the sauces. Not sure if it's true, but it's good. Also, my husband ALWAYS gets the ribs when we come. He swears by them

I love Manuel's Tavern! The Atlanta Fly Fishing Club has called Manuel's home for about 20+ years. The food is delicious, the staff is great and the variety of beer and farm to table options suit us well! 2ND Wednesday of the month join us!

Classic Atlanta pub with solid grub and good beer options. Different nights offer different entertainment options with everything from magic the gathering tournaments to storytelling events (of both "sexy" and non-sexy variations). FYI, the bar is overwhelmingly liberal with the founder and namesake having been the CEO of the DeKalb County Democratic party

Back in action. After having a hiatus for reconstruction Manuel's Tavern is back. This place is great. The food is great and it has parking in the back. Always a pleasure coming here. Tons of space and great servers. I would live here if I was closer.

Service was not so much slow as it was inattentive. Had to wait a long time for server to notice I needed a refill. Had to wait a while to get the bill. Food: quesadillas (with steak) very good. Could be an appetizer or could be a mealgood for sharing. Full rack of ribs was a huge portion, fall off the bone tender and most, smoky, sauce very tangy. The accompanying Cole slaw (has green pepper) was nothing but vegetables-no dressing, not sweet and sour, just dry, raw vegetables. Also served with Texas toast, dry. No butter, not garlic bread, just dry toast. Good steak fries. A little more attention to details and this could be 4-5 stars. Very laid back atmosphere, lots of people knowing one another so it seems locals go here. We were told by woman working at Carter's library to go there for a good meal. It was.
