Good way to get around and see stuff (golf cart for us). They could be so much more efficient if they would get in the 21st century and use a computer & software. Still hand writing contracts. All in all, not bad.

They're a little rough around the edges but they warm up after a few minutes. They provide a lesson before sending you out. We had a lot of fun riding these things! Gets easier over time.

I always rent from this place. This is the best and most efficient way to get around the island. Good luck finding a place to park with a car. Ride a scooter or rent a golf cart. Cheapest on the island and all around pretty cool guys. Sometimes they can maybe come off a little upfront, but don't take it personal. The have bikes, scooters, and electric cars. They even will pick you up.

The staff there is awesome. Not only were they the cheapest on the island. But they were so helpful. We needed a ride to our rental car and they helped with no questions asked. Thank you again. You made our trip amazing. You can never have a bad time on a scooter, especially one from here!!!

Rented mopeds from here 4 times for a group of 3 or more. Staff is very good, will take the time with newbies and wait until they feel comfortable. They will coach and help with little pressure. Have rented a few mopeds that I didn't think we're up to par, but I take them back and they give me another one no questions.

I read through the the reviews and thought to myself, "they don't know what they are talking about, i will have a good experience." Not the case. I had to exchange my scooter 3 times in the first hour because their equipment is trash. I know the price looks good, I admit it I'm cheap but it's worth they extra 10 or 20 bucks for quality equipment and a hassle free experience. I rented 3 scooters, had to exchange 1, 3 times and another twice. Listen. I'm telling you what I know, not what I heard. it ain't worth your time or money.

Reading through the previous comments, I'm pretty nervous about potential charges I might aquire post rental.

These folks warrant the 1980's war on drugs motto, "Just say no."

p.s. the lady at the front desk was really nice so i will toss in an extra star, but she should go work somewhere that has quality equipment

I listened to the staff make fun of customers after they asked a question and left. They were horribly rude and unprofessional. Their equipment is not as new as the competition. After I was made to wait 50 minutes to get the 3 o'clock rental price rather than walking back to my hotel on crutches, I called around and found a wonderful company, with new cars, delivery service and A MUCH, MUCH BETTER RATE. Save yourself the frustration, time and money of dealing with the unprofessional man behind the counter and CALL CONCH ELECTRIC CARS.
