  My grandma needed her carpets cleaned and so I called this company to get the job done. They did an amazing job and managed to get out all the stains. They were extremely nice and did a great job, would highly recommend them to people in the Roseburg area

  I appreciated the honesty and the great job done. I asked about extra services and was told why it wasn't necessary. Also it was explained to me why many carpets get dirty easier after carpet cleaning and how the method used here would prevent that from happening.

  They did a poor job on our carpet. They left our carpet soaked and we had to rent industrial floor fans. They came back a second time and the carpet still was dirty after they finished. We take our shoes off to keep dirt to a minimum. We bought a bissell carpet cleaner 3 weeks later and the bissel water was disgusting. This tells us they didn't clean very well.
