  Top notch rental company! Since switching rental companies 1 year ago, I have been at ease knowing our property is being well cared for. Maridell goes above and beyond managing our condo. We should've switched our rental company years ago! Thanks to Maridell and Dana!!!

  We spent a week in a condo rented through My Vacation Haven in Sandestin, FL and we were very pleased with the condition and decor of the condo, the safety features (pool bracelets, entry codes) and the location to the beach. The condo contained everything we needed and we really enjoyed having the two balconies! The pools (the large one is heated!) were kept clean and rules were enforced in the most service oriented manner. We liked getting to know Debbie (rule enforcer) and felt like she took pride in her work and in the property. We were there for a major storm and ended up needing to spend an extra day, as we could not get down the driveway to our building (due to the flooding). The property manager contacted the owner who then contacted us and offered us an additional (and free) night of lodging. This meant that we could wait (until it was safe) for an opportunity to leave. It is hard to explain how much this meant to us, given we are not used to such weather conditions. From the initial booking contact to the remedy of the weather issues, we were pleased and appreciative of this company and this owner's professionalism. We would definitely recommend this condo (Property Westwinds #4764) and the management company, My Vacation Haven!
