  This hotel is a great hotel for the price! Old fashioned motel from the outside, but modern looking and cute rooms! It's only about a mile from downtown Palm Springs. I would stay here again! Only reason for 4 stars is just a few minor things such as the sink sprays you a bit when it's on, and one USB outlet didn't work, as well as few amenities.

  Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room had the feeling as if it was humid in the room when it felt amazing outside. The bed is not comfortable at all, mainly lumpy and cheap. The pillows were flatter than cardboard. The shower was absolutely disgusting. I've never felt dirtier after showering in my life. At least the shampoo and conditioner provided smelled good. But overall, would never come back again even if I was paid to stay here.

  The hotel is clean and nicely renovated. We were happy to book through airbnb. Our room was pleasant, and had a nice little fridge, coffee maker and stovetop. What really made this place for us was their customer service! Nilesh met us and chatted about things to do and see. Then, when I forgot my camera at a mall (and had to fly out before going to retrieve it), Nilesh offered to drive the 20 minutes to the mall to pick it up and mail it to me. I wouldn't have received that kind of attention at a big hotel chain, and I am so grateful!

  Manager goes above what is expected Cares about the simply things which is the comforts of staying away from home. If you forgot it at home he will find it or something as good as it is for you. Forget leaving the lights on at this place the lights are always on.

  Rooms were large but looked old. The AC in our room was not working, though we did not need them. The exhaust in the bathroom was not working which made the stay little less pleasant.
  The front desk guy was very friendly and helpful with our queries.
