The assistants at Laguna orthodontics were super welcoming and helpful. They listened to my concerns; however, Dr. Adams did not make me feel like an important patient to him. He barely spent time to really discuss my concerns and never solved an issue for/with me. If I had known how little he cared about his patients, I wouldn’t have chosen this place to get my braces. The last time I saw him, I waited 30+ minutes but when he came to me, he spent about 5 minutes with me and that is even generous bc I’m pretty sure it was less. I’ve had issues with my retainer for months now and the issue is even bigger bc he couldn’t fix it the first time. I was told the office was going to call me back to fix my retainers, but was never called back. Disappointed that I wasted my money and time on this place. Don’t go here.

Went to Dr. Adam for a second opinion about getting jaw surgery because the first orthodontist I went to recommended jaw surgery. I wasn't fond of the idea and seeked help from Dr. Adam and he told me there's no need for jaw surgery. I was really happy and decided to start my ortho treatment with Dr. Adam as for I was very comfortable with the plan he had for me. And Carson was a big help for telling me tips about my trays! Super happy that I've made the decision to do treatment with this amazing team!

Dr. Adam's and his amazing staff are always professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with every person I encounter. I'd recommend this orthodontist to anyone. Both my kids have had superb treatment!

The employees are kind and resourceful. Dr. Gregory is amazing! I had moved to San Diego for a year and refused to look for a different orthodontics closer to where I lived. He was worth the drive and the distance because he does an amazing job! I felt like sharing because this says a lot about his work and services.

Dr Adams and his staff are the BEST! They are so kind and courteous and helpful and professional in all that they do. It is obvious they love what they do. I so appreciate the fact that doctor Adams wants every result to be perfect regardless of how much time it takesespecially with older people like me !
