Everybody at this office was so friendly and welcoming. I was having some tooth pain and they made sure to call when they had a cancellation to get me in sooner which was so thoughtful! They also have TVs you can watch with headphones while you get your teeth cleaned to help pass the time. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist’s office!

I came in for a teeth whitening treatment and Liz at the front was so sweet, friendly and helpful. I had to call and reschedule and she was always professional and was able to accommodate my needs.
During my treatment, Naricka was the dental asst. that handled my whitening. She was informative about my after care, and made sure I had a pleasurable experience the entire time. I will be back. Btw- my teeth and pearly white. I’m amazed at the results for my first treatment!!!

Overall, the Trinity Dental Loft staff is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. James is extremely thorough as a medical provider. Rachel, my hygienist, has consistently gone above and beyond which I am grateful for. I continue to have a great experience with this team!

Was over charged. Charged me for family instead of individual deductible. I brought it to receptionist attention and it was never fixed nor charged back. Dr. James drilled my tooth down so bad that it’s uneven and was in so much pain during and after the drilling. Provided nothing to ease pain. Had to go to a different dentist to fix. Will NEVER return. So please stop sending me emails. Worst dentist visit ever

My last experience with a dental office was beyond awful. I began to have issues with my back tooth and was very scared to go to the dentist. I was on google googling dentist offices and their reviews at 2 am in the morning could not sleep with the discomfort. I came upon Trinity Dental Loft and read their reviews after reading them I told myself that's were I'm going. I am very glad that I went. I'm not going to lie I was truely scared to go in but I new I had to but from the moment I went in Liz was very nice and polite. She set me up with an appointment right away and the assistant and dentist were exceptional very friendly, caring, and attentive. I'm not thinking twice to go back. Thank you very much young Beautiful ladies very professional.
