  Murray's Honda provides quality and timely service. When I came in for a routine oil change, the staff asked if I would also like for them to take care of a recall issue about which I had forgotten. They did so while I waited.

  Staff is very helpful and pleasant here and unlike most car dealerships, they don't pressure you to buy things you don't want to buy. They are knowledgeable about what they have and if they don't have the information you want they will find it for you. They are also good about the post purchase checks to make sure you are enjoying what you spent all that money on. Just a good place to do business with overall.

  Service department charged $70 to fix the sliding door on my Odyssey. Next day I noticed it was still broken. I took it back and they said I needed $150 to fix the door. They wanted to charge me $42 for this service estimate. I complained that they charged me once already to "fix" the problem. They said they did fix the problem and it was working fine when we left. I presume they mean I broke the door some more. At least they saw fit to give me a break and only charged $20 to tell me my door, that they fixed, was still broke.

  Those people hardly care about your vehicle had a little 18 year old punk mess up my taillight and when I adressed them about the problem they didn't seem to care I recommend any place but murray honda they need shut down
