The heavy truck service department saved our trip. We broke down on I-80 traveling from CT to IN. Called Murray's less then 5 minutes before closing and they told us to tow the truck to the service department and we could park our camper out back and sleep there for the night. They had our truck fixed by 3:00 the next day and we were back on our way. Work was done quickly, professionally, and for a fair price.

Just bought an 04 Escape with only 78,000 miles on it from them. Figuring this vehicle would get me through 5 or 6 years with 2 to 4 years before any problems happened. While they where nice folks and knew about each vehicle they did leave the bad details out. They said nothing was wrong with the vehicle I purchased. Within a month the lower control arm is about to snap off and my front 2 tires are worn to the metal parts already. Wont be purchasing a vehicle from here ever again. I'm putting this vehicle up for sale as soon as I fix it and buying another one from someone else.

My big rig had a clogged windshield fluid sprayer and they fixed it for a fair price, and were a group of awesome people. They referred to the owner by first name and they appeared to all be competent loyal employees.
