Called the night before on a Particular truck, went to view it the next day. The truck had just been brought in on trade and was still waiting to be inspected and cleaned. Sales woman was professional, Courteous fast and efficient. Purchased the truck out right and everyone did their best to make us comfortable while we waited for the truck to be prepared for us. Thank you Tana, Hope I spelled that correctly, you are fantastic!

Just recently my company Montenegro Brothers purchased a Ford F-150 and the service we were provided with was impeccable. Mo helped us choose the right vehicle for us. He didn’t pressure us into buying anything. Once we started the paperwork it was quick no hassle at all. We signed all the papers required and were out the door within an hour. I’ve never had such an amazing experience buying a vehicle like this one. I recommend this dealer 100%.

My experience with Mullinax Ford was simple and easy. The whole team from the salesman to Finance and Management made our car buying purchase a relaxing process. I would highly recommend them for anyone's future car purchase. We pretty much knew what type of car we wanted and our salesman walked us through the options we had and what was in stock. He put his 2 cents in where it was needed and stepped back when my family and I needed to discuss our options. Once we figured out what car we wanted and went to financing the Finance Manager worked with us and the lenders to make sure we got the very best financing available. Kudos to Mullinax Ford.

I just bought my second car from Mullinax and had another great experience. My sales person, Bobby, was very helpful and made the process enjoyable. They worked the financing numbers very quickly and professionally. I'm a big fan of Mullinex! Also their service area is excellent, I've taken my car there every time for oil change and checks.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and easy to deal with. Employees were knowledgeable and made the car buying experience very stress free. The upfront pricing with no hidden fees was a nice change from many of the other dealerships I have dealt with. I would recommend this dealership for anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

I would advise anybody thinking about buying a car at this dealership to not do it. I bought a 2016 Ford Focus used with 30000 miles on it from this dealership in January of this year. Within weeks of taking the car home the 1st transmission failed. Then the wheel bearings went bad. Then another transmission went bad. Then the air conditioner start to smell like a swamp. Then there was clicking in grinding coming out of the engine. The service person who was assigned to me that his name was Chris. He is a nasty mean person and insisted on charging me $100 every time that something was wrong with that car. Forward backed him. Him and ford tried to rip me off and I had to dump that car to get out of it. In the 7 months that I owned that vehicle it was in the shop 7 times and had 7 major services done. I had to spend extra money every time and do with inconvenience of it all. Moment axford does not inspect their cars that they sell as certified. You cannot pass a car as a certified vehicle with a bad transmission bad bearings and the other issues that I had with that vehicle. I believe that they just sell these cars as is and deal with the problems and let the maths or itself out and they rip everybody off. I would never buy that from this company as well I will never buy another ford again they are garbage.

I dreaded the ordeal of dealing with a dealership, however, I must honestly say this was a great experience. I communicated with Billy via telephone and text before going to the dealership. He was honest and forthright. No game playing. No nonsense. I trusted him. I bought my new Focus last Monday, and I love it! And, what a great price! I had a Focus before. Loved it. I would recommend Mullinax to anybody, and, I will ONLY go there to buy a car. Don't BOTHER going anywhere else. Contact Billy. You will love him!!!!

Our company van filled with disabled children was stranded in our brand new Ford Transit. @Ken Maltman feels that we were lucky to even get a free tow. Not how we should be treated or spoken to, after the sale was done we were useless to them.

This was my first Ford purchase and first SUV. I did a lot of research online and was ready for a test drive. My salesman, Steve Stocker, was fantastic. He asked me what was important to me to have in the car as well as my budget. He showed what was in my price range, explained how the dealership prices the vehicles and found me several new trucks to look at. Buying a car is super stressful. I found this experience to be nothing like that. I got a car with way more features and benefits than I thought I could afford and I love it.

I want to thank everyone at Mullinax for the quick turn around time on my purchase. I got a 2017 mustang GT I walked in at noon on Sunday and was out an hour an a half later. David Bean, John Wayne and their finance team got us on track and out the door. I love the upfront pricing which matched what I saw online. By far the best buying experience I've had. Thank you

Worst dealership I've EVER dealt with. The salesman were rude, unprofessional &VERY un-accommodating. Made an appt with a salesman & drove 75 miles to find out he wasn't even there & we were told the car was sold( which turned out to be a mistake). But we test drove the car anyways (helped by a very nice salesman) & we loved the car besides the fact it blew out huge clouds of white smoke as we accelerated so we told the salesman when we got back & he said he'd put it in for a service check & he'd have the other salesman call us back ASAP. So after nearly 5 tries to get a hold of him & another 24 hours later the initial salesman finally returned our call only to tell us very rudely that the car was just smoking because it hadn't been driven in awhile (it was a 2013 & had been sitting there only 10 days) and then he told us it didn't matter to is because it was SOLD anyways. It was a very very disappointing experience to say the least but the good news is today we bought a car at one of their competitors and my new car ISN'T smoking 👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏

I've just purchased my second car at Mullinax and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and hassle free process. As I woman, it's hard to find a dealership you feel confident in what you're buying. I feel "safe" buying a car with them and this is huge for me. Chuck is amazing! He's knowledgeable, patient and give his clients a 5 start treatment. If you're looking for the best place to buy your car, this is it!

Starting our journey at Ford, my husband and I were not thrilled with the concept of "no haggle, no negotiations" until doing further shopping. We passed on a great opportunity and literally hours later the car sold. We bounced around to multiple dealerships but ultimately found our way back to Mullinax Ford on Northlake. The fact that they are a no negotiation dealership also means the salespeople are not paid on what they sell and for how much they sell it, rather for units. You sell a car or you don't. I appreciated this so much because they sell you what you truly need NO up selling.
I purchased a certified pre owned 2016 Ford Flex which is in amazing condition (literally brand new)! There was a tiny dent (size of a quarter)/tiny scratch and MO our salesman made an appointment with me to bring it back and have it taken out, no cost to me. A wonderful experience and a WONDERFUL car! Thank you to MO & MIKE MEYER for a great experience with Ford!response / report this review -

Mullinax is a great place to buy a vehicle. Their website gives you access to their entire inventory at all their dealerships at one time with one search and you can then check all the options of the vehicle even the window sticker and the no haggle price. This saves a lot of time visiting various dealerships and enables you to find the exact vehicle you want without compromising. Their Staff were very good and had everything ready ahead of time for me so I was on my way quickly.
