GREAT EXPERIENCE,
I have my car back only after dropping it off 4 days ago. Just wanted to leave a little feedback for both Tommy Mudgett and Keith Diggs as my car looks like new! The repairs to the bumper look seamless - like I never got rear ended in the first place! The detail work on the outside, as well on the inside took me by complete surprise. My jeep looked brand new sitting there when I went to pick it up. These guys are awesome, glad I brought my vehicle here. Service was above and beyond. Thank you!!!

The workmanship was excellent and the customer service from Andrew went above and beyond what was expected. Even though I live over an hour away, I will be a repeat customer if I need Autobody work in the future.

I give this shop one star. If I could give 0 i would. I took my car there to have a dent in the roof fixed from when a tree branch fell on it. My car came back with the dent fixed, but the paint job was messed up, they had over spray on the windows, the headliner was crinkled, there was crap all on the windshield, one of the trim pieces was bent, and they scratched up one of my wind defectors. I took the car back and when I got it back the second time everything was fixed. The paint was not perfect but it was okay. Then I noticed that they ground my wheel into a curb apparently and scratched it to hell. I was forced to buy a new wheel from the dealer and was out $500.00. The more they work on the car the more it progresses towards being totaled. They do more damage then repair. I should have kept the dent and my $1,700.00. They are rated high on Facebook because they take down all the negative reviews. My review was removed! They continued to call and try to make me feel bad for giving them a bad review and said they wanted the invoice so they could pay for the damage. Once I sent it they never paid. Beware!!

I've taken 3 different vehicles to Mudgett's over the past 2 decades and have always been pleased with their work. Ford, Toyota, BMW, they seem to be able to match any color to any make/model. The staff has always been as polite to me as possible. They'll even give you a ride if you happen to live within a few miles.

2016 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Visiting our daughter in Westminster Maryland and my car was hit in the Cranberry Mall. I had no idea where to go to have it repaired. My daughter suggested Mudgett's Auto Body. A completely positive experience especially since I was leaving to go back home to Florida in 3 days. My car was repaired and looks like there was never an incident. Everyone I came in contact with was very understanding and extremely helpful. I got my car back in enough time that I was able to complete my trip as planned.
