These guys will over charge you for everything and they don't let you know in advanced. Use any one else but U haul.

I've been a customer with multiple units and have many family and friends that use Mount Loafer for their storage needs as well. I just noticed the negative reviews and I completely disagree. I've consistently had years of great service and a family feel. I'd like to give a great big thank you to the Mount Loafer storage crew!
All that said, storage units operate in a delicate emotional space for some people. The business of being involved with people's personal belongings must be very difficult at times. Many people may not understand and take offense.
My opinion and advice for someone considering any storage option would be to educate themselves on the agreements, expense and penalties/risk involved. I've done that for myself and I found Mount Loafer to be a great value and easy to do business with.response / report this review -

The owners are great! The facility is clean and I love that I have been there for over 5 years and my rates have never gone up. I would definitely recommend them.
