Great shop to work with. They have worked on my cars and done everything from engine work, transmission, shocks, struts and brake and never had an issue with their work. Prices are detailed after their assessment and they use quality parts. No complaints!!!

Great diagnostician! my husband was a mechanic and I worked in auto parts for years so we had a pretty good idea of what was going on with our car but needed someone with a shop and the equipment to figure out for sure what was going on. He charges fair rates for the great work he does !

I just updated my registration and had a few other maintenance things done. Speaking as a female in a male-dominant world, I LOVE this place. I have been going to them since 2010 and could not be happier. They consistently offer quality, HONEST, ethical service. Their excellent advice is second to none.

I take my vehicles to them when I need a major fix. I've called around for prices and they are the same if not better than everyone else. Plus they have some discounts on occasion and are close to home. The guys are friendly and trustworthy. I have never had any issues when they are done fixing my vehicles.

I took the car in to have the electrical system checked. They said the battery needed replaced and suggested I take it back to where I purchased it as it should be under waranty. I appreciated that. They suggested several other things that needed attention. I didn't have time to have the work done then and wanted my regular shop to have a look. Gotdon's Car Care did the work for a significantly lower price. At least everything Auto Works suggested was, in fact, needing attention.

I was impressed by the fact that they didn't try to up-sell me something that my car didn't actually need. They took some extra time to address some concerns that I had, and put my mind at ease for a big trip I will be taking soon. Very honest and genuine vibe.

I have used AutoWorks since 2007 and feel they do quality work and are competitively priced. Most importantly they are honest, treat you respectfully, and welcome questions about your options. AutoWorks' owner and staff are trustworthy professionals and have earned my business as long as I live in Payson.
