  The MT Elbert trailhead parking lot offers parking and two vault restrooms. The hike up is quite difficult due to the elevation and exposure. The trail is very well maintained and requires no special skills. Start very early, avoid windy and or rain/snow days.

  They have bathrooms! So yeah, it's awesome. Reasonable amount of parking, but get there before 7am for sure.

  Great starting point for Mt. Elbert. Start early if you want to avoid the afternoon storms. They have a bathroom at the parking lot.
