Woke up to the smell of smoke coming from my HVAC around 7:15am. Called Jones at 8:00 and had the repairs completed by 10:00am the same day. The repairman was informative and didn't try to push anything other than what was needed to correct my issue. But when I inquired about full system replacement he gave me pricing and advice on a new system. I am completely satisfied and would highly recommend Jones. World class service.

On Monday, July 17th, my AC conked out for good. I was expecting house guests and an event later that would include over twenty guests. Jones HVAC saw my desperation, and thanks to them, by the time the first guests arrived on Friday, the 21st, cool air was circulating in my home. Jones' HVAC went the extra mile for me, and I truly appreciated their work!

Evaporator was leaking. It was filthy and the water wasn't running down properly. The technician cleaned it. Problem solved.

Last year we had a technician from a local competitor stop by for a routine maintenance check. It was leaking then too but not as bad. He looked at the outside of the unit, never opened it up and said it was ok. Guess he didn't want to have to clean it. Jones is a Trane dealer and we had a two speed Trane in MS that we really liked. Our unit is old and we need to replace it in the hopefully not too near future but we will call Jones and get a Trane when we do!

Owner Tropical Tans and closed business without notifying customers.
When called about getting a refund on tanning package , several times, she wouldn't return call.

My experience with Jones Heating & Cooling has gone back many years with excellent service. This time our blower went out on an old model, so no air-conditioning they came out the it broke and was installing a new unit the next day Praise the Lord!!! Chris and Dustin did a Great Job they cleaned up after themselves [and left my mess were it was ;-) ] they were very considerate and represented the company with professionalism. I was/am concerned about the Warranty being Registered and Chris put it on the invoice for them to send me full information when it was registered, since they do that at their office.
I will be calling them again when their assistance is needed Thank You!!

Highly recommend! We upgraded our heating/cooling system Aug. 2016. We have a fairly large home and it required three units. The work was completed on time and for what we believe to be a fair price. The installers were very helpful showing us how to use the programmable thermostats. They were courteous, pleasant, and very professional. Jones Inc. was recommended to us by two different former customers: a personal friend and a neighbor. We are enjoying our new systems!

Very satisfied. Installers arrived on time and finished the job by afternoon. Very professional installation. They stayed around to make sure that everything was running properly. They were very willing to answer all of my questions and explain how everything worked. They cleaned up all of the work area when they were finished. They even explained in detail how the new thermostat is programed and how to program it myself. This is a company that I will be doing business with in the future.
