I caught a dulcimer 15 years ago a speckled English walnut signature series, still as beautiful as it was the day I bought it. And the sound is even more beautiful..

I stopped in to check out the dulcimers. His wife had told me, on the phone, the previous week, that all dulcimers were priced at #375. While in the store, May showed me the five he had, none of them were particularly inspiring or unique, a couple made of pre-used wood. Then May said all his dulcimers were $400! I was not impressed with the automatic price-hike, without reason, nor was I swayed by any of May's instruments.

It has a good atmosphere, excellent service, and the best hand-crafted woodworking. Between the beautiful dulcimers, wooden toys, and furniture, this store is a place you must go.
