The repair was done well and your plumbers were nice and professional. But, charging $404 to repair a leaking 1/2" to 3/4" copper T-joint is excessive. Especially, since $164 of that charge was simply because your plumbers had to go into my crawl space. This, after saying that my crawl space was the cleanest they've ever seen and very easy to access. The total time on the job was less than an hour. I called another local plumber afterwards and they informed me that they would've charged around $150 plus tax ($120 for the first hour plus any materials/supplies). Unfortunately, I'll never call you for plumbing service again nor refer anyone to you because of this. I really feel taken advantage of. Lesson learned.
