Mike was great! Professional, clean work, left areas cleaned up. I will be using them for other services and would recommend them for your plumbing needs. I had them install a water softener and reverse osmosis. They will be back out in a week to install a tankless water heater. Thanks again!

We worked with Focus Pluming and their technician, Landon on 2 occasions. He came out to take a look at our electric water heater and let us know we had to replace it. Landon was very professional and kind. Needless to say, we replaced the heater under warranty. A month or so later we noticed that the water heater was making a hissing sound as well as draining excess water outside. We scheduled an appointment with Focus and Landon came back out to help. There was a faulty valve that was creating the issue and Landon was quick to replace the part.
Everything, including the work was covered under warranty. I would absolutely recommend Focus Pluming because their technicians, managers, and office staff are super professional and you can tell they want to go the extra mile to get you taken care of. Thank you for all your help guys!
