I always love this place. Hard Rock is my favorite Casino in Vegas. But the service here is always slow. Food is good, but I am big on customer service, and it sucks.

Nice and famous diner open 24 hours a day. You can choose to sit at the counter or a table. The menu changes as the day goes on and they have everything a diner should have and then some. Breakfast was my favourite time to eat there with the classic coffee mugs that gets topped off at all times. Nice and friendly staff.

Good food portions One plate can easily feed two. Reasonably priced with excellent food quality. A good stop by any time of the day.

Chose Mr. Lucky's solely for the gluten free pancakes. They were the best my GF daughter & I have ever had. All the non GF people in our party enjoyed their breakfasts, also. An order of an Americano coffee went unfulfilled due to a broken machine without our server informing us. Usual expensive casino prices, but that's Vegas!

The $7.77 steak special is a secret item but a great value. The food was good, service was good. My water had a strange after taste, very minerally that I don't get from Vegas tap water. I settled on a soft drink and that was better. Even with that I will still come back.

Good quality diner style food. Great for a late night bite to eat. Unfortunately slow wait staff even when not busy.

I have been in restaurants for 11 years. 6 tables sat and 3 servers on duty. Took 10+ min to get service. Beverages came same time as food. Food was not even close to what I ordered but I couldn't complain because 20min later no server had checked on me. Hungry, I ate what was in front of me, and while I was in mid conversation the waiter FINALLY came by, dropped the check, grabbed my plate, and walked away. I was still eating the food I had(still wrong order) but couldn't say anything because he did it so fast and was in such a "rush". Mind you, throughout this whole process I watched as ALL the servers doing a lot of chatting and not a lot of working not just my table, but all the tables in the restaurant were severely neglected. on the plus side, the kitchen seemed to do a great job and what I DID eat was good.

Stayed in the Hard Rock and heard about the $7.77 special at Mr. Lucky's. I ordered it twice in the same night (one dine in and one at the poker table) and was satisfied both times. The salad was a generous portion, the steak was cooked great both times, the shrimp were meaty and seasoned well and the mashed potatoes were good too. The perfect fill up to get you back in the action. Bang for the buck, can't beat it!

I've been a fan for it's Gambler's Special, but alas you need a players card to get the good deal. On my visit, I had the breakfast special not realizing the pancakes were 12 inches in diameter and you get two of them!!!

    Family Friendly

Let's be honest. You'll never find game-changing food at the Casino's hotel diner. If you want that, you go to a specialty restaurant, not a cook-anything-and-everything diner.
That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I ordered a few breakfast items here. The pancakes were moist, but not very flavorful. The cookery was great, but the batter was lacking.
What shocked me was the scrambled eggs. Simplest dish in the world, yet almost always screwed up by diners by cooking it hot and fast, and serving a dry rubbery omelet. Theirs was soft and custardy. Very impressive.

This is one of the best dining experiences I've had. The service was on point and consistent. Absolutely no one was ignored, in the dining hall and at the entrance. The menu is average pricing for an off the strip hotel, but the food was the best part. It is worth every penny that they ask for. All of the workers were very sincere and kind. This is a bar setter for a dining experience. I would recommend this place for a first date, birthday dinners, and for friends visiting. These guys are awesome.
