HORRIBLE customer service. Not sure of the lady's name but she makes a desperate attempt to make you feel dumb and is always very insulting. Would NOT recommend this place at all.

This store sucks! They don't give refunds and they told me that my dress was going to stay in layaway, but then sells it to someone else. I think there is some discrimination at this location. I will never purchase anything here or any other Mr Burch locations ever again.
