  Overall good, but they need to get more medallion registered officers at this branch. I've been trying for 3 weeks to get a simple signature validated with no success. Only one person there can do it and he is always busy or not available.

  The most helpful credit union I have ever been to just switched from another in town and the customer service doesn't even come close to macu love this place and look forward to doing business with them for many years to come! Would highly recommend

  This Mountain America Credit Union branch has probably been the most helpful and accommodating financial institution I have worked with in a long time. I had some issues with selling some stock to transfer to a Roth account. They got on the phone with the association and helped me walk thru all the steps to transfer the money. Thank you
