Hands down, favorite dealership I've visited. After being put through the run around with other less than courteous or honest dealers, it was refreshing to step into this establishment. I very strongly recommend asking for Mike Hardy if you go. Mike is a professional and a gentleman. He's there to help explain and answer any and all questions you have. He will make sure you are taken care of and do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied with the deal. He goes above and beyond what I would expect from any dealer. He is a beacon of light in a sea full of shady dealers. Mike is the man. And Mount Airy Toyota is where to find him 👍

Excellent selection of new and used cars for an incredible price. Ask for Mike Hardy, he is VERY helpful in every regard, patient and friendly, and above all, very well-informed. Overall, the staff is friendly and willing to cut you a great deal. They saved me thousands and sold me a better vehicle in far less time than Vann York or Modern.

I had been looking for a dependable vehicle for awhile, and had recently been to a dealer who was very rude and seemed to be little me because of my credit score because when your starting out and have no credit of course it's gonna be low. so I was so shy to try again. I was looking on mt.airys toyota website and looked at the reviews of this place. I was looking at a used vehicle online that caught my eye. When I went to look at it i met Shirley jones. You felt like family soon as she spoke to ya. She was honest and very sweet. They all did what it took, I didn't drive off with a used vehicle I drove off with a 2017 model which I am in love with. And Marty made sure I was covered in all corners and layed out the best plan for me. Would I recommend this dealer to someone? You darn tootin I would and i have! Such a wonderful group of people.

I would recommend Mt Airy Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The salesman didn't pressure me at all while shopping, and they concentrated on me and what was best for me and what they could do for me. I was looking to trade my used Tacoma for a full size truck and they put me in a brand new tundra at the price I wanted to pay! Mt Airy Toyota makes the customer number one! I will return for my next purchase and for all my services.

My boyfriend and I have tried three different days to contact the service department. The operators transfer us there, but they don't pick up. The last time I tried and I stayed on the phone and told the operator I was still holding for them. When it rang back to the operator again she said she would page them and they still didn't pick up so she said she would go get them. After a long hold I got a recorder to leave them a message. Don't know how they can do business when they don't answer their phones. I would not have given them one star but it wouldn't let me post without clicking on one. Very disappointed.
