  The service men were polite and explained the work that needed to be done. The waiting area is exceptional with comfortable chairs, tables and televisions, as well as, hot and cold beverages provided. All areas are clean, fresh and well lighted.
  
  The staff kept me updated as the work progressed.

  Just had a service call done on my subaru, replaced a damaged painted part on my new car as agreed when I purchased the car. We had a hiccup with the part order but the service department was extremely helpful. Trevor Gregger in the service department took care of my service and I have to say he is the reason I gave 5 stars. He stepped up to make sure the part was correct and had the car fixed in the time he promised. The whole service department is very profesional and helpful. You definitely feel that they appreciate the customer.

  Honestly, after all of the bad reviews I had seen and first hand accounts I had heard, I was expecting the worst, but Brian took great care of us. He even went to bat for us to have a after market company cover damages under their warranty. The work *did* end up taking 3 days for what should've been a quick fix (circumstances out of their control), but they gave us a loaner at no charge so it wasn't a big inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised.

  My wife and I brought our 2 Foresters for service work last week. Our service adviser, Jason Lynch, was exceptional taking care of us and getting our vehicles checked in for service quickly. In addition, he had a loaner car waiting on my wife as soon as she arrived for her service appointment. Jason has been my service adviser on several occasions and each time has been a pleasant experience.

  Yes just had my Subaru serviced. James Morrison was the best and explained every thing they was going to do to the car. He treated me with the highest respect and not just another customer that comes in and rush you out.

  Mr. Hale was awesome! He explained everything to me clearly and was great. I may not have gotten the SUV that I wanted but I do believe the can is so much better. My family loves it! Thank you!

  Never had a such a wonderful relationship with any "car salesmen" - Chis at the MM was outstanding!!! Had 3 cars lined up to test drive - made me feel comfortable and never pressured me to do anything.
  Even the processing went quickly and smoothly!!!
  Left there thinking "if I ever buy another" - this guy is the one to find!!!

  Very helpful and courteous staff. We were greeted and immediately taken care of. Our guy answered all of our questions.
  
  The waiting area has:
  Comfortable seating; free drinks and snacks; electrical outlets so you can work on your laptop; a special room for young children to play; TV; quiet places away from the TV; and clean restroom facilities.
  
  Motor Mile and all their employees take care of their customers. It's such a pleasure to be treated so well.
  
  I love Motor Mile!
