The room was nice. Room was very clean. The only thing I did not like was the paint on the outside of the door was coming off. When you closed the door you saw the light coming in because the molding was missing on the bottom. It was a great location for us because we went to a wedding plus got up the next morning and went to the flea market.
Overall it was a fine place to stay. The shower floor was dirty, but not super bad but noticeable. The toilet didn't work at first, I just turned the water to it back on. There was a new hose in back so I'm assuming whoever replaced it just didn't turn the water back on. The heating system for the room was difficult to use, but after 10 min or so we figured out where to have the dial set to. There was plenty of hot water in the shower.
The bed is hard, I could have used another blanket, the towels were scratchy. But it was clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful, even when I demagnetized my key card twice.
The decor is old-fashioned, but I kind of love it.
The first night l could not sleep because a family with children with small children were up past 11pm running about. This room #142 had no microwave or refrigerator. The only coffee available was at the front desk in a canister.
The second night my electronic key did not work when l arrived at midnight. I waited for someone to bring a heat gun to work the lock open. So l was given another room (next door) which did have a refrigerator and a microwave, but what was that smell?
Both rooms were fairly clean.
Managment extremely nice! Rooms were adequate but even after serviced, they weren't very clean. Area was quite. Great location! Lots within walking distance,
Ashley was very helpful in getting me a room so my small dogs didn't bother anyone and on the first floor. I was very thankful. Also motel 6 doesn't charge extra for your pets I won't go to other hotels if they do. The rooms were modern, clean, stocked well, and everything worked. I just wished they had a small fridge but I loved it. Definitely will come back. Price you can't beat!!
Worst stay at a motel I've ever had! Was told on the phone there was plenty of one bedroom rooms available the price would be 5175 with tax included total we arrived they said they were booked at had to charge us for two beds which were equivalent to sleeping on 2in thick futon mattresses no soap no shampoo we had to pay over $70 for the room there was only 7 cars in the entire parking lot and to top it all off in the morning it was not even check out time and was already being told it was check out and time to leave never again will I stay at this Motel and I advise anyone else not to also there was sagging ceilings and mold in the bathroom paint three different colors where nobody had finished painting the walls it was atrocious
Nice room at a decent price for the weekend. Did not fuss about the expen set up on grass next to the parking lot for my dogs (I picked up all the poo).
Need better mattresses - felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab.
My friend's vans were broken in to - at least mine remained untouched.
They were quite clean, the stay was pleasant enough.
Very happy with Motel 6's pet-friendly policy.
I had a very nice stay. Was looking for a room for one person, just to crash on a long trip. The room was clean and well organized for an individual, but probably could have fit two. There were not a lot of amenities in the motel, but there were a lot of conveniences nearby including gas stations, restaurants and fast food. The people at the desk were friendly and efficient. If you like to loll in the lap of luxury while on vacation, you are probably going to want a different venue, but if you are looking for a place to sleep in comfort for a few hours while traveling or on business, this is a good choice for the price!
We checked in and there was locals in the lobby begging for a cheaper price on the rooms. We reserved 2 rooms and once we checked in and went to one of the roomsit was not clean. The beds were messy and the room was filthy. The rooms smelled really stale. The telephones wouldn't even call from room to room. There was hair all in my sheets and used condoms in the parking lot. This was the first time I have ever stayed at a motel 6 and I do not recommend this place to anyone. The bed was a board and all of our backs were in so much pain the next day. Plus the rooms didn't even have blow dryers and we had to borrow one from the front desk
The motel was clean and the front desk person was very nice. However, a few of the adjacent rooms had extremely rude guests. One guest would set off his car alarm every half hour at 10:30pm, 11pm, and then again at 11:30pm while he was sitting in it. And then he would let it honk and honk for ten minutes before turning it off. The four guys in the room next to me got in at 2am and proceeded to have very loud drunk, profanity laced arguements for the next hour and a half while standing directly outside my door.
I couldn't go and ask them to be quiet because I was in my pajamas and they sounded drunk and pissed off. I was seriously afraid one of them was gonna whip out their rifle and start shooting.
Since I had to be at the airport the next morning, I had to get up at 5:30am. Even thought I went to bed at ten pm I only got a total of four hours sleep after being woken up by these morons over and over again.
The front desk girl was very nice and efficient, however the room she gave us wouldn't open with the keys so she had to give us an entirely different room, which was fine The pool was kind of dirty with leaves in it, but we didn't use it anyways The AC in our room was a little weak but eventually our room cooled off.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
The rooms are entirely too small. Pretty quiet for the most part. Very remote. Everything is in walking distance. The beds are hard as rocks. The pool was broken and green.. The ppl at the desk were nice and accommodating.
We arrived at 9:30 and had registered online. The desk clerk, Stephanie, offered no greeting and didn't even look me in the eye. I had asked for a 1st floor, non-smoking, room for my disabled husband. Though there were a number of vacant 1st floor rooms, Stephanie denied them and put us in a room that was as far away from the parking area as possible, up 15 stairs, and down a corridor. The handicapped parking space had 4 inches of water and soaked our shoes and pants. In the room, the stench of cigarette smoke was so bad, I went to alert Stephanie so I would not be blamed. The shower was so filthy, I scratched "yuck" into the scum with my keys. No smoke detector, and broken fixtures in a renovated motel. I stayed here last year and came back because it was such a positive experience. NEVER AGAIN. l have stayed in many, many Motel 6's over the years. This one was very unpleasant.
